Banner Order Guidelines
Shipping Schedule:
Banners are shipped 5–8 days before your event date, no matter when your order was placed. All packages are sent via UPS 2–3 day shipping. I prioritize projects based on event or due dates, not purchase dates.Design Preview:
You’ll receive a digital draft sent to the email address provided at checkout.
During the busy season (June–October), drafts are sent for approval about 3–5 days before your banner ships.
Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it!
(Rush and expedited orders may follow a different schedule.)Artwork Details:
Every banner is hand-painted from scratch, without stencils or projectors.
I manually mix and match colors to align with your approved draft, but please keep in mind that digital screens display colors differently, so small variations may occur.

Need your banner within 1–3 weeks? Be sure to add the Rush Order Fee listing to your purchase along with the banner.Fully Booked Months:
For June and July, which often fill up quickly, you’ll need to include the Add-On Fee listing when ordering so I can make space for your project in my schedule.
